ABC offers the stage to: The Green Deal for Bicycles

🚲 The bicycle is a sustainable solution for keeping the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area accessible. Cycling is also healthy and good for the environment. The goal of the 𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘋𝘦𝘢𝘭 bicycle is therefore: 100,000 extra cyclists in the region. How do we do that? That's what our event on February 6, 2023 is about!

During a varied and interactive program, we would like to take you through what has been done so far and what we want to achieve together in the coming years. We do this based on the four themes of the Green Deal Bicycle:

➡️ Do you want to talk about these topics, share your ideas with us and participate? You are welcome on February 6 from 20:00, live in Pakhuis de Zwijger or online. You can register in advance via the registration form.

☕ After the program there will be drinks until 11 p.m.

Program

All four themes of Green Deal Bicycle will be discussed in the inspiring and interactive program:

  • Bicycle service points along regional cycle routes: What are bicycle service points? What is the added value of these service points? Where should the service points be placed? With Sander Buningh | BAM Infra
  • Bicycle-friendly employment conditions: Every employer can stimulate bicycle use. How does that work exactly? What are the obstacles? With Jennifer Woltjer | Lease a Bike
  • The impact of cycling stimulation: What data is available to make impact with more cyclists? How do we get more people on their bicycle? With Rob Koster | Bike.box
  • More bicycle-use by children between the ages of 2 and 20: What examples are there already of bicycle stimulation for children? Where can we scale up? With Remko Pijnaker | Groeifiets

We would also love to hear your ideas and questions!
